Annual Service Plans

Over the years, hundreds of our customers have participated in our Service Plan maintenance agreements. Our plans are designed to help you save money and energy by scheduling planned maintenance on your equipment. The plans offer discounts on the maintenance and any additional repair or installation work. We offer three different plans with their own unique advantages.

Visser’s Service Plans offer the following:

Priority Service over non-plan members, 10% discount on repairs, 5% discount on installations, FREE inspection of water heater with heating clean and check, special discounts and email offers.

• Perform cleaning, oiling and make adjustments as needed to the following: condenser motors and cooling coils, all blower motors, bearings and fan belts, burners, heat exchangers and pilot assemblies.
• Perform inspection and check as needed to the following: all electrical connections, drain lines, check Freon pressure in spring, thermostat calibration and settings, gas valve operation, gas pressures, pilot safeties, flame color, limit safeties, all motor amperages, all pumps and zones, replace or wash filters.

Package 1: Bronze Boiler only, no A/C
Includes one (1) clean and check for the heating system in the Fall.

Package 2: Silver Heating & Central Cooling Unit
Includes two (2) clean and checks per year, Spring for central air and Fall for heating system and water heater. Also receive up to 1 lb. of FREE refrigerant at the Spring cleaning per unit ($55 value). One (1) FREE thermocouple on furnace (if needed) at Fall heating cleaning.

Package 3: Gold Heating & Central Cooling Unit
Includes two (2) clean and checks per year, Spring for central air and Fall for heating system and water heater. Also receive up to 1 lb. of FREE refrigerant at the Spring cleaning per unit ($55 value). One (1) FREE thermocouple on furnace (if needed) at Fall heating cleaning. Gold plan customers also pay no diagnostic fee 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7am to 8pm ($75 to $120 value) when a repair call is needed.

• We can also include your HVAC accessories-humidifier, air cleaner or air purifier.
