Annual Service Plans
Over the years, hundreds of our customers have participated in our Service Plan maintenance agreements. Our plans are designed to help you save money and energy by scheduling planned maintenance on your equipment. The plans offer discounts on the maintenance and any additional repair or installation work. We offer three different plans with their own unique advantages.
Visser’s Service Plans offer the following:
Priority Service over non-plan members, 10% discount on repairs, 5% discount on installations, FREE inspection of water heater with heating clean and check, special discounts and email offers.
Our service plans offer you the most economical way to maintain and protect your HVAC equipment!
Annual - Heating Unit
Clean & Check of Heating Unit (Furnace or Boiler), includes free thermocouple if necessary.
Annual - Air Unit
Clean & Check of Central Air Conditioner
10% Discount
on Repair parts & labor, including filters.
5% Discount
on Installations, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, coils, humidifiers, air cleaners, water heaters, chimney liners, insulation.
NO overtime charges
on weekday repair Service Calls until 10PM and Saturday.
Priority Service
over non-Service Plan customers.
Plan is transferable
to new homeowners or to new home in our service area.
